A demo for your pitch, a first version for your users, or the software your funding round or grant has already budgeted. Each one has a stated scope, a timeline and a starting price.
Most early software projects go wrong in the same place: nobody wrote down what was being built, so nobody can say when it is finished or what it should have cost.
We start from the other end. Each Build below states what it includes, how long it usually takes and what it costs from. If your idea fits, you know the price before you write to us. If part of it does not fit, we price that part separately in a Tailored Review and tell you before you commit — it is never absorbed into the Starting Price.

Builds and Starting Prices
What each Build includes.
Starting Prices cover the stated scope, exclude VAT and are valid for 12 months.
Investor Demo
A clickable demo of up to eight screens and one core user journey, at a link you can share. Built for a pitch meeting, or for the technical annex of a grant application.

MVP Build
A working first version with real users — sign-up and sign-in, an admin area, one or two core workflows and transactional email — deployed to production and handed over.

Funded Build
The software your Funding Round or public grant has budgeted, delivered in phases with a working demo at the end of each one.

Hosting and Care
Hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups and restoration for a Build we delivered. If you leave, we hand over the code and the data.

Tailored Review
What sits outside a Starting Price.
If your Build needs any of these, we review that part separately and give you a price for it before you commit.

Ownership and terms
What is yours at the end.
Investors ask these questions in due diligence. The answers are the same for every Build.
Your code
Everything written specifically for your Build is assigned to you on final payment.
Our foundations
Where a Build starts from code we already own, you receive a perpetual licence to it under the Foundation Licence. You can keep running, changing and extending it without us.
Your data
Your data stays yours. If you leave Hosting and Care, we hand over the code and the data.
The contract
Cyprus law, priced in EUR, paid in cash at the milestones stated for each Build. We do not take equity or defer fees.
