A Cyprus technology SME that owns bounded software, data and integration Work Packages inside research Consortia. We build the production layer, not the research claim.
Research Consortia are rarely short of domain expertise. They are frequently short of someone who will take a data-sharing, interoperability or AI-integration requirement and turn it into software that runs in production, survives review and is still standing at the final report.
That is the role we take. Zagor Solutions joins a Consortium where there is a concrete technical contribution to own and clear grant responsibility attached to it — as a Technology or Implementation Partner, a Data Platform and Integration Partner, or a specialist Subcontractor for bounded non-core delivery.
Two boundaries we state up front, because they save everyone time:
- We do not seek Coordinator roles. We are a small technical team and we are better used as one.
- We do not claim domain authority. We are not an energy-data owner, a naval architect, a clinical authority or a foundation-model laboratory. Where a Project needs that expertise it belongs with a Partner who has it. Our contribution is the production software and integration layer underneath.

Scope of a Work Package
What we own once it is ours.
A technical Work Package that stops at "code delivered" leaves the Consortium holding the hard part. Ours does not stop there.
- 01Architecture and data contracts
Technical design agreed with the Partners who own the domain, written down before implementation starts.
- 02Implementation
Production code, reviewed and tested, delivered against the Work Package schedule.
- 03Testing and quality
Automated tests, code review, RBAC and audit-oriented workflows, backups and recovery.
- 04Deployment and operations
Containerised release, monitoring, incident response and controlled updates for the Project's lifetime.
- 05Documentation and handover
Technical documentation the Consortium keeps, so the result outlives our involvement.

Fleet-wide maritime operations platform
Operational systems for a commercial ship-management group, delivered under contract by Zagor Solutions. Vue/TypeScript front end on a .NET service layer, with APIs, relational and time-series data, durable messaging and audit-ready reporting across the fleet.

Ship-emissions data integration
An event-driven data contract with an offline outbox for intermittent vessel connectivity, feeding a combined time-series and relational query layer for regulatory emissions reporting.

Terms of engagement
How we work inside a Consortium.
We prefer a Work Package with a written boundary: named deliverables, an agreed data contract with the Partners either side of us, and a schedule we can be held to. That suits how proposals are evaluated, and it suits a team that would rather deliver a defined thing well than hold a vague share of everything.
Where we reuse a proven foundation rather than starting from an empty repository, we say so in the proposal. Reuse keeps repeated engineering work out of the Project budget, and a reviewer who discovers it later than the Coordinator did is a problem for everybody.
Our standard Erasmus+ delivery is published as scoped Packages with indicative prices. Research and innovation work is quoted against the Work Package instead, because the scope comes from the call and the Consortium rather than from a catalogue.
