How we use personal data

Privacy notice

What we collect through a Scoped Budget Line enquiry, why we keep it, how long we retain it and your rights.

Scoped Budget Line enquiries

The form collects your name, work email, organisation, optional telephone number, Programme, field, application deadline, planned Project start, languages, Consortium size, selected Packages and Package-specific scope. We use this information to produce the requested Scoped Budget Line, review the enquiry, prevent accidental duplicate submissions and respond about the proposed Project.

We delete or anonymise unsuccessful enquiries after 12 months. A generated price is valid for 18 months for the same proposed Project, but that validity period does not extend how long we retain the enquiry. Contractual and accounting records follow separate legal obligations. We do not use enquiry data for marketing without separate consent.

This follows the GDPR storage-limitation principle, which requires personal data to be kept only as long as its purpose requires. The European Commission explains the GDPR principles.

Analytics

This site uses a self-hosted Plausible installation to understand aggregate page use and selected actions. We do not use Google Analytics. We record actions such as opening or downloading the Proposal Pack and starting, submitting, copying, downloading or printing a Scoped Budget Line. We do not send form contents to Plausible.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data associated with an enquiry, subject to applicable legal obligations. Use the Scoped Budget Line form and state that the request concerns privacy. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.

Local browser storage

The site stores your colour-scheme preference and a short-lived fingerprint of the most recent successful form submission on your device. We use the fingerprint only to prevent the same enquiry being submitted twice within five minutes. It is not a marketing identifier.
