From application to five-year availability
How we work
What the Coordinator and Partners provide, what Zagor Solutions delivers, and what happens after the Project is awarded.
Responsibilities and dependencies
Know what we need before delivery starts.
We confirm source material, roles, review points and dates after award. Package-specific checks happen before we agree a delivery date.

Before submission: choose the scope and amount
The Coordinator selects the Package, planned Project start, languages and other scope dimensions. The Scoped Budget Line gives the corresponding indicative amount and text for the work package and subcontracting budget. If a requirement exceeds the published boundary, the result says that tailored review is needed.
After award: confirm dates and dependencies
After award, the planned start date is replaced with the official start date in the Grant Agreement. We confirm dependencies, roles, source-material inventory, Project Domain selection, and the resulting Five-year Availability Guarantee end date.
For a Learning Platform, the complete Launch Corpus is inventoried before we commit a delivery date. For an Assessment Tool, the Assessment structure, Standard Questions, result model, data needs and any regulated-data constraints are confirmed first.
The Consortium provides the source material
The Consortium supplies approved source-language copy and assets in the agreed structure. Zagor Solutions configures the Package, prepares the content and supplies Initial Translations within the published language limit. We record decisions that affect review and acceptance.
The Coordinator and Partners review before launch
The Coordinator and nominated Partners review the content, terminology, accessibility and Project acknowledgement details before launch. A Project Website and a Platform Deployment remain separate deliverables even when they are linked or embedded.
Five-year availability and support
Applicable deliveries include hosting, monitoring, maintenance, domain management, and reasonable-efforts restoration for five years from the official Project start. The Five-year Availability Guarantee is not a numerical uptime commitment and does not include 24/7 staffed support.
