Our commitment

Zagor Solutions aims for this website to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site uses semantic HTML, labelled form controls, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, logical heading and landmark structure, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, and a light and dark colour scheme.

What we test

We test the main navigation, the Scoped Budget Line form and its result, Search, keyboard-only operation, responsive layouts, colour contrast, landmarks and headings. We also check automated tests for serious or critical accessibility findings. Proposal Pack downloads are also checked for heading structure and table headers.

Known limitations

Search requires JavaScript. Without it, the main navigation, Packages, Project evidence and sitemap remain available. Project Websites linked from case studies have their own accessibility status and are not covered by this statement.

Report a problem

If you cannot access content or complete a task, use the Scoped Budget Line form and describe the page, the problem, and the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable doing so. Accessibility reports are treated as routine maintenance and scheduled within ten Greek business days; a blocking outage is handled under the published service severity targets.
