What we build

Zagor Solutions builds and runs the software behind EU-funded Projects: multilingual public websites, learning platforms where participants sign in and work through structured material, and assessment tools that score and report results.

We are a small Cyprus technology company, and the person who scopes your work is the person who builds it.

Who you are dealing with

Zagor Solutions Ltd is a private limited company registered in Cyprus and operating from Paphos. Konstantinos Zagoris is its Director and sole Technical Lead. The registration and VAT details a procurement or due-diligence form asks for are published on the technical partner page.

Two ways we join a Project

For Erasmus+ cooperation partnerships we publish fixed Services with indicative prices, so a Coordinator can see the deliverable, its boundary and its amount while the application is still being written. We are normally named as a Subcontractor for non-core technical delivery.

For Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and similar research and innovation Programmes we take a bounded technical Work Package inside the Consortium — software, data or integration — alongside the Partners who hold the domain and research expertise.

We also deliver software commercially outside EU funding. Since 2021 that has included fleet-wide operational systems and a regulatory ship-emissions data integration for a commercial ship-management group, contracted and invoiced by Zagor Solutions. That work is not named on this site at the client’s discretion, but it is where much of our production experience with APIs, time-series data and event-driven systems comes from.

Why we reuse proven foundations

We redeploy foundations that have already been delivered and tested instead of pricing every Project as a fresh software build. Each delivery still uses the Project’s branding, languages, content, Project Domain and agreed workflows. This keeps repeated engineering work out of the Project budget.

We do not offer application drafting, official report writing or other Core Tasks as subcontracted Services. We occasionally participate as a Partner when the role and grant responsibilities require it.

What our evidence covers

Our case studies show live Project Websites, Platform Deployments where applicable, public grant facts and the work Zagor Solutions delivered. They do not attribute a Partner’s work or the Consortium’s outcomes to Zagor Solutions, and they do not present Project-specific requirements as standard Service scope.
