What we build

We build web software and keep it running: first versions for startups and funded companies, and the websites, learning platforms and assessment tools behind EU-funded projects.

We’re a small software company in Cyprus. The person who scopes your work is the person who builds it.

Who you are dealing with

Zagor Solutions Ltd is a private limited company registered in Cyprus and operating from Paphos. Konstantinos Zagoris is its Director and sole Technical Lead. The registration and VAT details a procurement or due-diligence form asks for are published on the technical partner page.

Three ways to work with us

For startups and funded companies, we publish five Builds with Starting Prices, from an Investor Demo to a full first version.

For Erasmus+ partnerships, we publish fixed Services with indicative prices, so coordinators can see what they’ll get and what it costs while they’re still writing the application. We’re usually named as a subcontractor for the non-core technical work.

For Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and similar programmes, we take on the software, data or integration work package, alongside the partners who bring the research.

We also deliver software commercially outside EU funding. Since 2021 that has included fleet-wide operational systems and a regulatory ship-emissions data integration for a commercial ship-management group, contracted and invoiced by Zagor Solutions. That work is not named on this site at the client’s discretion, but it is where much of our production experience with APIs, time-series data and event-driven systems comes from.

Why we reuse proven foundations

We start from software we’ve already delivered and tested, instead of charging each project for a fresh build. Every delivery still gets the project’s own branding, languages, content, domain and agreed workflows. That keeps repeat engineering out of your budget.

We do not offer application drafting, official report writing or other Core Tasks as subcontracted Services. We occasionally participate as a Partner when the role and grant responsibilities require it.

What our evidence covers

Our case studies show live Project Websites, Platform Deployments where there is one, public grant details and the work we did. They don’t credit us with a partner’s work or the consortium’s results, and they don’t pass off one project’s special requirements as standard.
